Press Release Criteria:
- Press release standard word count is 400 words or less. More lengthy releases will incur additional distribution fees of $45 per each 100 words.
- Press release must have a distribution date of at least two business days from placing your order, unless rush distribution is ordered.
- Press release must include city and state for AP (Associated Press) Style guidelines.
- Press release should include links to company website and important landing pages so that your company can track link backs.
- Press release should contain your full contact information including name, e-mail and telephone number.
- Press release should be uploaded with your full color company logo. Logo files must be in JPEG format. Maximum size: 2MB.
- Uploads of images or videos may accompany your press release and will incur additional fees. These files may be uploaded at the time of placing your order.
