A campaign targeted at dog and cat owners using Virbac Animal Health behavioral products was launched this week. Pet owners are encouraged to submit testimonials and success stories via the company’s contest link. Winners will be selected from a monthly drawing for a $100 American Express gift card, and the contest runs through March 30, 2012.
The company’s campaign targets pet owners who use Virbac’s Anxitane (L-theanine) Tablets and Novifit (Novisame) Tablets and can provide success stories via the contest link.
In related news, Virbac Animal Health is sponsoring a service dog named Virbac. Inspired by the work of New Horizons Service Dogs, Inc. (NHSDI), Virbac’s fans can follow the sponsorship, journey, and news about the dog on the official Facebook page.
“By following Virbac’s progress on Facebook, pet owners will see first-hand how service dogs are trained to meet the specific needs of a disabled person. They can also learn about some of the most important ways to care for and train their own dogs,” said Alicia Emerson, DVM, Ravenwood Veterinary Clinic. “Watching clips of Virbac at the veterinarian can help to remind them of questions to ask their own veterinarian. And following tips from Virbac’s trainers will give them steps they can take with their own training goals.”
In addition to the contest and service dog sponsorship, Virbac Animal Health announced a new website for pet owners. The site features products and services for dogs and cats from Virbac.
