The Pet Industry's Leading Resource for News & Content Distribution

HealthRadio and DrsFosterSmith.com have entered into a strategic alliance to produce a new online Talk Show about pet health called “Pet HealthRadio.”

With over 180 million monthly listeners and growing with the mobility of broadband, iPads and iPhones, and other tablets, smart phones and digital listening devices, internet radio has become a major force. HealthRadio is moving forward  to broaden its listener base with a three platform audio stream of the live pet talk show. Pet HealthRadio is heard simultaneously on HealthRadio.net and on DrsFosterSmith.com and PetEducation.com. This “trimulcast” has a total user base of over 1,500,000 pet lovers, a potential audience that is bigger than the number of listeners most radio stations have. The live, interactive show is streamed Tuesdays at 3pm EST (with several replays and ON DEMAND anytime at HealthRadio.net).

Hosted by seasoned talk personality, Barbara Beach, the show will feature veterinarians from Drs. Foster and Smith: Dr. Holly Nash, Dr. Katharine Hillestad, and Dr. Scott McKay along with regular contributions from aquatic expert, Kevin Kohen, the show will have a variety. In addition to chatting with veterinarians about pet health issues, the show will feature expert guests in the fields of training, travel, breeding and many other areas of interest to pet lovers – as well as celebrities and their pet stories

HealthRadio.net Founder, Tim Disa, Sr. says, “As a pet lover and owner myself, I can’t begin to express how very excited we are about our new Pet Health talk show – especially because the great folks at Drs. Foster and Smith are participating.”

Now in its sixth year of operation, HealthRadio.net produces several health shows in conjunction with major medical organizations and other health notables. It is a 24/7 health talk radio station online as well as an on-demand listening center with 75 Health Channels and over 2,500 health shows in its vast Library of Shows and Podcasts.
