The Spot Experience, a dog services provider in New York, has announced a partnership with Rose Associates, a developer, manager and marketer of premium residential, commercial and retail properties.
New York City residents will be privy to full-scale access of in-house and off-site pet care for dog-owning tenants as a result of the partnership.

Rose Associates will launch a new program in the summer of 2012, dubbed “Leave it to Max.” This comprehensive concierge service will be available to approximately 4,500 residents in nearly two dozen Rose-managed properties.
The partnership also allows residents of pet-friendly Rose properties with a complimentary Spot membership along with exclusive discounted services and priority access to the highest level of daycare, cage-free overnights, dog walking, transportation, grooming and training services at Spot locations in New York City under the “Leave it to Max” program.
