In order to strengthen its service and product offerings, the PAWS Pet Company, Inc., announced the purchase of technology assets of Impact Social Networking, Inc.
Headquartered in San Jose, California, Pet Airways is a wholly owned subsidiary of PAWS Pet Company. Pet Airways is the only airline available that is designed for transport of pets in a safe and comfortable fashion. The airline was launched in 2009 and serves coast-to-coast destinations including Los Angeles, Phoenix, Denver, Omaha, Chicago, Baltimore, New York, Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale. They have plans to expand into Orlando, Dallas, Houston, Austin, and St. Louis.
With their newly acquired technology assets, the business unit will be called PAWS Pet Technologies and will focus on sales and development of their database, web, mobile, and social media technologies.

As part of the agreement, PAWS Pet Company will issue 7.4 million shares of common stock, with additional stocks based on sales over the next 48 months. Some of the products serviced by the PAWS Pet Technologies include iPhone, iPad, and Android.
