Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Inc., recently announced their new media and merchandising corporate communication Vice President. Jeanne Meyer will be working with the senior management team to lead, develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communications strategy for the company’s media and merchandising businesses. Meyer will report directly to President and COO, Lisa Gersh.


“Jeanne is a seasoned and innovative communications executive with a wide range of experience in the media and merchandising industries. She’ll be a great asset to the MSLO executive team, particularly at this exciting time when we are all keenly focused on building on the tremendous strength of our core, iconic brand and hitting on all cylinders in every facet of our business as we take this dynamic Company to the next level,” Ms. Gersh reported.


Meyers has over 20 years of senior-level experience managing corporate communications for different sectors of media, entertainment, digital and consumer brands. She was previously with Current Media where she served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications. Prior to that, she was at EMI at Senior Vice President and oversaw communications at in addition to Internet television company Pseudo Programs. Her background as Senior Vice President of strategic communications firm Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, SVP/General Manager at Dan Klores Communications, and communications roles at Lever Brothers Company and at Dorf & Stanton Communications (now part of Weber Shandwick) will serve her well at MSLO.
