SUFFOLK COUNTY,  N.Y. (October 9, 2013)  – Pet owners throughout the Babylon and Patchogue, N.Y. areas will now have a trusted, reputable, reliable and professional pet business to turn to for care of their pets while they are at work or away on vacation.

In Home Pet Services, Inc. (IHPS) is thrilled to announce that they are opening two new franchise locations to Suffolk County, N.Y. IHPS is an award winning pet sitting and dog walking company based in Queens, N.Y., and one of the fastest growing pet companies in all of New York State. IHPS already has franchise locations throughout Queens, Brooklyn and in Nassau County on Long Island and is now launching the two new Suffolk County locations: In Home Pet Services of Patchogue-Medford and In Home Pet Services of Babylon. The two new franchise additions will make up the 9th and 10th franchisee locations for the company.

Each location is individually owned and run by each franchisee, but has tremendous support from the founder and President of the company, Robyn Elman, who runs IHPS in Northeast Queens – the first and original location. IHPS franchisees work together on different events, help each other with clients when needed and really care for each other’s success.

The two new locations will have separate grand opening dates and owners – IHPS of Patchogue-Medford will open on October 28, 2013 and IHPS of Babylon will open on November 4, 2013. Both locations are home-based pet sitting companies.

The new IHPS of Patchogue-Medford is owned and operated by Bobbi Ann DePierro and Jesse Mae Angst, a mother daughter team. Bobbi has been involved in rescue for years helping animals in the local area as well.

“I have been a animal advocate most of my life and taking care of animals is such a strong passion of mine, and one of the reasons I have decided to be part of IHPS family,” stated Bobbi Ann DePierro, co-owner of In Home Pet Services of Patchogue-Medford, N.Y. “What also makes it exciting and rewarding is that I am part of a team with my daughter Jesse Mae. Being the first franchise to open in Suffolk County for IHPS and also being part of a mother and daughter team is a dream come true. Also, Robyn and In Home Pet Services came highly recommended by others in the pet industry here on Long Island, and working with Robyn has been wonderful – we can’t wait to get started!”

This new IHPS of Patchogue-Medford has an office in Bellport, N.Y. and provides pet sitting and dog walking services, which are done at the client’s home and Bobbi Ann or Jesse Mae are also available to stay overnight at a client’s home with their pet if needed. The areas they will be covering are: Patchogue, Medford, Bayport, Blue Point, Bellport, Brookhaven, Holtsville and Holbrook. Both Bobbi Ann and Jesse Mae are also certified in Pet First Aid and CPR to give clients that added peace of mind, too.

The new IHPS of Babylon is owned and operated by Joanne Ramirez who is a longtime resident of the Babylon area. She has been the go-to person for pet care among her friends and family and has been helping them with their pets for years.

“I am excited to bring In Home Pet Services to Babylon and the surrounding areas to provide quality pet sitting, dog walking and in-home pet boarding,” stated Joanne Ramirez, owner of IHPS of Babylon. “I have been helping my friends and family for years by taking care of their pets when they were or away or just needed help, and I am thrilled to do this now as my own business. I have a friend who owns another franchise of IHPS and she has had nothing but positive things to say about her priceless experience since she started – and has been bragging about it for the past couple of years since she started! Once I looked into the company and really found out more, I was blown away – and wanted to become part of this great company, be my own boss and work with animals every day!”

IHPS of Babylon has an office location in Babylon, N.Y. and will be serving the areas of: Babylon, North Babylon, West Babylon, Lindenhurst, Bay Shore, Brightwaters, West Islip and West Bay Shore. Pet sitting and dog walking services are done at the client’s home and in-home boarding is available at Joanne’s home. Joanne will also be certified for Pet First Aid and CPR within the next month.

“With all our success in Nassau County, I have really been focusing on finding the right IHPS franchisee to bring our services to Suffolk County,” said Robyn Elman, president and founder of IHPS. “There’s been a lot of buzz about our expansion, and now I am so excited to be able to announce the opening of not one, but two locations in Suffolk County within the next month! Each new owner of the IHPS Suffolk franchises are already upstanding and respected members of their communities, and live in the area they will be serving. I couldn’t be more pleased with these pet loving individuals, and I am proud to have them represent the IHPS name in my original Suffolk County hometown!”
