TAMPA, Fla. (September 25, 2013)Fetching Communications, the full-service public relations agency serving the pet and veterinary marketplace, has appointed Liz Bard Lindley as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Lindley joined Fetching in 2011 as the Director of Client Services. Kristen Levine, founder of Fetching Communications, continues to serve as the company’s President.

“Liz’s expertise in leadership, public relations and marketing, along with her attention to providing top notch client care has been significant to our growth in recent years,” said Levine. “As CEO, Liz will build our team and client roster while ensuring that clients see great results from our multi-faceted, strategic campaigns.”

Lindley, based in New Jersey, is a public relations professional who has managed consumer, corporate, education, professional services, and PR agency accounts for nearly 20 years. As CEO, she will oversee company strategy, client service, operations and marketing for Fetching Communications and for’s pet and veterinary news distribution service. Fetching’s public relations and marketing team operates from cloud-based offices nationwide, and offers clients strategic insight and campaigns for branding, media relations, website content, search engine optimization, design, and social media.

“I’ve developed our team to deliver results-oriented campaigns that support the growth of pet and veterinary businesses,” said Levine. “Liz will continue to evolve this initiative to best serve our clients in an ever changing marketplace.”

Prior to joining Fetching, Lindley worked for a legal PR agency, a publicly held education company, and a global public relations firm. She earned her BA from the University of Virginia and her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Emory Law School.

Levine, owner of Fetching Communications’ holding company Red Barn Enterprises, Inc., is an established pet expert, spokesperson and entrepreneur helping brands connect authentically with pet parents. She will continue to serve a strategic role in the growth of both Fetching Communications and, while developing her own consulting and spokesperson offerings for brands targeting the pet-loving, 50+ audience. Levine currently works with companies like Bissell, Comcast, Toyota and HSN on consumer engagement programs.
