DENVER, CO (February 17, 2016)The American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) has announced its annual ACVIM Forum for June 8 –11, 2016, at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. A leading veterinary continuing education conference since 1983, the ACVIM Forum attracts veterinary practitioners and educators from around the world. Early registration is now available through March 18, with discounted rates for all registration categories. More than 3,300 veterinary specialists, veterinarians, technicians and students are expected to attend the 2016 ACVIM Forum.

The ACVIM Forum is an event where veterinarians, Board-certified veterinary specialists, veterinary technicians and students can network, exchange insights, and experience cutting-edge symposiums and sessions. Forum attendees learn about research abstracts along with as yet unpublished results shown for the first time, and attend state-of-the-art lectures given by leading practitioners and educators in the field of veterinary internal medicine. The Forum’s schedule of speakers is available online, and renowned Nobel Prize recipient, Professor Peter Doherty, an Australian veterinary surgeon and award-winning researcher in the field of medicine, will give the Keynote Presentation on June 10. New this year is a dedicated space within the exhibit hall, known as the Knowledge Corner. Sessions in the Knowledge Corner will take place during breaks and over lunch on June 9 and 10.
