Voyce Pro to Unveil Enhanced Data Trending & Comparison Features at 2016 AVMA Convention
CHANTILLY, VA (July 27, 2016) – i4C Innovations Inc., dba Voyce, a wholly owned subsidiary of Intersections Inc. (Nasdaq: INTX) and the creator of the Voyce Health and Wellness Management System™ and the Voyce Pro Wellness Monitoring Program™, is pleased to announce the company will be exhibiting at the 2016 American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) Convention. This year, the company plans to unveil enhanced data trending and comparison features, participate in a dedicated live demonstration, and hold one-on-one demonstrations with attendees.
Voyce Pro – designed specifically for veterinarians – enables remote observation of canine patients’ biometric data, including resting heart and respiratory rates, intensity of activity, quality of rest, calories burned and more using the Voyce Health Monitor™. This data, collected from a dog’s home environment, has never before been available to veterinarians and is used to drive better patient health and practice outcomes.
“Remote monitoring is changing the way we care for our pets, enabling us to identify pain earlier and manage it sooner,” said Voyce President, Jeff Noce. “In terms of system innovations, Voyce Pro has made great strides since last year’s debut, incorporating our users’ feedback and continuously improving the program. We believe our new enhancements will give the veterinary community greater insight into patient care and help improve client compliance in ways never thought possible.”
The new, enhanced graphic features include:
- Longer views – up to 90 days in one view instead of being limited to 30 days – for better ability to see changes in trends overtime.
- Three interactive graphs that allow user to compare relevant data in one easy-to-read view.
- New timeline control and zooming within graph allow user to stay in one view without refreshing the page when needing to look back in time or zoom in to take a closer look.
- New Pro View graph lets user compare different data set against another, in order to provide more context to the pet’s data. For example:
- Pro View allows members to see how a long term increase or decrease in activity might be impacting their dogs resting vital signs indicating a change in cardiovascular wellness/fitness.
- Pro View allows members to compare their dog’s data to similar dogs for added context.
- Pro View allows members to compare their dog’s data from one date range to another date range which is extremely useful when wanting to understand the efficacy of a new medication or treatment.
- Enhanced tooltip provides user with all data represented on the graph for that day in an easy-to-read format.
- Through zooming or though the “view by” drop down, a user can view month-over-month comparisons or look at the hourly view.
In addition to the new features being unveiled, the company will be offering one-on-one demos with attendees during the conference at booth #217 in the Exhibit Hall and will also hold a dedicated live company demonstration on Saturday, August 6 at 11:00 AM at the new AVMA Vet Clinic Live!.
Lastly, Voyce Pro executives will host a reception on August 6 from 5:30 pm until 6:30 pm in the Henry B. Gonzales Convention Center, Room 225CD. Refreshments and hors d’oeuvres will be served, while guests are invited to learn more about how remote monitoring can help transform veterinary practices.
The 2016 AVMA Convention attracts more than 5,000 veterinary professionals and will be held August 5-9 in San Antonio, TX. For more information, please visit: http://www.avmaconvention.org/avma2016/public/enter.aspx
How the Voyce Pro Program Works
Canine patients are enrolled in the Voyce Pro program based on a veterinary recommendation. The patient is provided a Voyce Health Monitor, worn comfortably around the dog’s neck. Data parameters are set for each patient, based on their individual conditions or needs, and the Voyce Pro Wellness Monitoring Program will alert the veterinarian if the key vital signs and wellness indicators move outside of those set parameters. Unprecedented biometric data collected from the Voyce Health Monitor will sync with the interactive and user-friendly Veterinary Dashboard – easily accessible from any web-enabled device – that provides access to information about each patient enrolled in the Voyce Pro program.
For more information about Voyce Pro, to schedule an in-person meeting and demonstration at AVMA (booth #217), and/or to attend the reception on August 6, please contact Shannon Stevens at Fetching Communications at 631.569.2285 or Shannon.firstname.lastname@example.org.
