Veterinary Practice Benchmarks Leader Launches New Fee Optimization Service
– WMPB Fee Consult includes fee assessment and action plan –
COLUMBUS, OH, October 5, 2017 – WMPB, publisher of the highly esteemed annual Well-Managed Practices® Benchmarks Study, has launched a new fee optimization service that promises to help veterinary practices emulate the success of their high-performing peers. The WMPB Fee Consult is available for purchase at the WMPB online store at https://www.wmpb.vet/products/.
About the WMPB Fee Consult
“Effective fee schedules are one of the key factors that distinguish the industry’s top financial performers from their peers,” says Denise Tumblin, WMPB founder. “Recognizing that there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, we’ve designed this service so that practices walk away with a customized action plan, as well as revenue growth projections for their clinic.”
The WMPB Fee Consult is a two-step process. First, a CVPM conducts a fee examination. This examination takes into consideration the practice’s local communities, as well as value-based fees and top 50 fees. Data is extracted from the practice’s existing practice management reports so the process requires little to no effort on the client’s part. Based on the findings of this examination, the CVPM then presents recommended fee changes to the client during a 30-minute phone consultation.
Says Brenda Tassava, CVPM, from WMPB partner VetSupport®, “few practices really have their fee schedules optimized for maximum profit. Those that don’t can definitely look forward to some substantial returns on this relatively small investment.”
About the Well-Managed Practices® Benchmarks Study
The recently published 2017 WMPB Study, also available at the WMPB online store, features insights, benchmarks, and more, based on the best practices of the top-performing veterinary clinics in the U.S. “While the first chapter of this year’s study offers some extremely valuable recommendations on fee scheduling, the WMPB Fee Consult will definitely help expedite the journey from fee insight to fee optimization,” says Martin Traub-Werner, CEO of WMPB partner VetSuccessâ.
WMPB was founded by WTA Veterinary Consultants in 1987. In April 2016, WTA owner Denise Tumblin strengthened WMPB’s offering by bringing two new and valuable partners on board: VetSupport® and VetSuccess. VetSupport, owned and operated by Brenda Tassava, CVPM, puts data and theory into action to improve veterinary practices. VetSuccess, owned and operated by CEO Martin Traub-Werner, is a leader in understanding practice data and making sense of the data inherent in practices. The 2017 report is the first to be co-authored by the principals of WMPB’s new partners. For more information, visit https://www.wmpb.vet/
