According to the stats of this loyalty report, 75 percent of the app users participated in the loyalty program, 3.5% of the total clients redeemed the reward and $621 per year was the average revenue gained per rewarded client. In addition, the average revenue gained per practice was $91,000 per year, which is phenomenal. Moreover, the report also found out that the rewarded clients spent much more on services such as dentistry, lab work, medications, surgery, exams and vaccines.
